So you are just coming to the end of your first holiday in Spain. The thought of swapping your beach umbrella for one that keeps off the rain and sleet is not a pleasant one. Imagination, nourished by the warmth of the Spanish sun starts you dreaming……“Wouldn’t it be nice ……” “Oh….., if only there was an easy way to make the move, to live and work in Spain.”Hold that thought!! Your imagination is now reality. Welcome to Spanish Advertiser your online guide for living and working in Spain and the businesses who can provide the quality goods and services you need ……….in a language you understand..
Spanish Advertiser is the brainchild of Martin King, a resident of Spanish soil for 18 years and director of Sleepwell Marketing S.L, a media group including La Costa Loot, Rapido Print, COP shop chain and Cheap Calls in Spain, all well known for their success in linking business and client.
Who hasn’t heard of the La Costa Loot? Distributed around the Costa Blanca each fortnight. With around 30,000 readers it is an informative and easy to read publication; it also serves as a commercial directory to its readers.
Spanish Advertiser has incorporated this dual purpose into an awesome, online information service and business directory. Unlike anything existing, it caters for the vacationing tourist, looking for accommodation and weather reports, through to those taking the step to relocate to Spain and requiring the services of businesses, who can make that relocation as smooth as possible.
With a free email and newsletter facility, (go to www.spanishadvertiser.info ), visitors return to the site on a daily basis, and Advertisers are continually promoted. Launched, less than a month ago, there have been over 9000 hits on the site in the first month. We interviewed a few Advertisers, already on the site and include a few of their comments.
Wes Roberts, from V.E. constructions sees his successful advertising in the Costa Loot (13 calls from his ad in the last 2 months) being multiplied by the online Spanish Advertiser. “The internet is the way everything is moving now” said Wesley. It is bright and bold. Also, the Spanish Advertiser’s “ price is right”. He is very impressed with the concept and excited to be one of the first advertisers involved in its launch.Edi from Edi´s car rental also recognizes how much easier it is for clients to book his services on line through his link into the Spanish Advertiser’s simple Directory.
Gerard from Eurocare Mobility, Albir said it works great I’ve had 85 unique referrals in the first 21days of advertising with the Spanish Advertiser.
Stuart Montgomery from Calpe Suite and Sofa Company commented “The whole concept is brilliant. This will work!”
Millie from Klickhere, a web design company, situated in Calpe, could not hide her enthusiasm for the Spanish Advertiser. She expressed her relief that at last, someone had the determination to get it right. She commented that so many people, recognising the need, had “tried to develop a directory and then lost interest and gone on to something else.” The difference with the Spanish Advertiser? “Martin’s commitment” said Millie. She continued, “He has been determined to bring together a professional support team and he has spared no cost to do that. It is not just, a directory but a functional information site. Advertisers don’t simply have a listing with a phone number. They have a whole web page that gives them the opportunity to show in detail what they do.”
Summing up her thoughts, Millie stated, “I would hate not to be in it. It is a must have.”
